Cafesta has opened their new outlet at Ascendas Park Square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore.
The outlet is restricted to simple tables spreading across closed space as well as open area in the mall.
Vegetarians and people craving for cakes, pastries, pancakes, waffles in-short desserts on a no non-veg day, Worry not! Cafesta specialises in serving egg-less variants of almost everything you can imagine of and they take much pride in serving these specialities with utmost affection and care.
The owner is a simple man with great vision of converting this place into a co-working space, make it open for gatherings or meetings along with the amazing food served here.
Nachos chicken bellgrande, nachos topped with salsa sauce, finely chopped onions and tomatoes and generous chunks of chicken.
Ferraro Rocher Shake, served in a skull shaped mason jar I would have like it better if the shake was thicker.
Brownie Shake, had right amount of sweetness, would have been better if there were more tiny chunks of brownie in the drink.Chocolate shake with Caramel sauce, a perfect drink to pamper yourself. The whipped cream is like icing on the cake.Hot chocolate and Ice tea were other drinks we tried and it was just the normal.
Cheese garlic bread, loaded with loads of cheese over the bread, the dish was made of freshly baked bread and had subtle hint of garlic. Basil and mint sprinkled on the top gave it a unique but an amazing flavor.
Jumbo chicken burger with double patty, fresh made burger with double patties. Highly recommended. The burgers are served with in house spicy salsa sauce which is the best I have had so far.
Veg Club-burg with cheese, tortilla wrap stuffed with chicken, cheese, mayonnaise and veggies. It tasted so good that before I took a second bite my friends finished all of it!
We ordered a sandwich (forgot the name) which was good but what’s more interesting was the raw capsicum in tandoori sauce served with it. It was brilliantly done which made us all ask for a second serving.
Chicken Pasta, white sauce pasta; creamy and yummy!
Now comes the speciality of this place, egg-less desserts. Chocolate pastry, so chocolatey I bet you can never make out it’s egg-less.
Pan cake with maple syrup and blueberry topping, you might find the base a little hard, it’s egg-less you see but with the other ingredients it is so delicious that you will only ask for more. But there is a lot of scope for improvement here!
Egg-less waffles with milk chocolate paste and ice-cream, oh boy! Again base is little harder at the corner but eventually gets soften because of the topping, a good bargain for being egg-less I must say. Totally in love this one!
The staff are courteous and kudos to the chef who can single handily cook everything on the menu!
Undoubtedly, a place worth revisit.
